Botanical Name: (Dalbergia cochinshinensis)
A true rosewood from SE Asia. Similar in color to freshly cut Nicaraguan Cocobolo but will keep it's color. It is not oily like cocobolo. Glues well and bends readily. A truly exciting find for me. These sets are well quartered. Tap tone is comparable to Honduran RW and rings like a bell. I only have a small amount of this beautiful wood so get while it lasts.
